PRIVACY:

CCR Medical knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. Information provided to CCR Medical will remain private. We will never disseminate any information regarding our customers to any other organization or institution. This is our solemn promise.

SECURITY:

Shopping at ccrmed.com is protected by Internet security. Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services, protects this site.

In any case you have a specific requirement, please email info@ccrmed.com or call 1-888-883-7331. We are happy to assist you with any special orders. Our online showroom is available 24/7. All special orders can be processed during normal working hours Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm EST.

PAYMENT METHODS:

CCR Medical accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, and in-store purchases. (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) If you prefer to order by phone, please call our office during normal working hours Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm EST. Customer Service 1-888-883-7331.

SALES TAX:

We will charge a sales tax of 7% to shipping addresses within the state of Florida.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We ship orders across the United States, Canada, and International destination (except where trade is prohibited by US govt.). Please provide your accurate street at checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

International shipping (outside US): All international customers; please fill out our Mail/Fax Order Form to ensure accuracy. Fax to (727) 894-6650. Please note that the local shipping company (UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service) may charge duties, GST/VAT taxes and/or other handling charges at delivery time which is beyond our control or US jurisdiction. These charges may be in addition to the shipping charges you may have paid at the time of order.

PRICING:

We do our best to maintain the latest pricing on a regular basis. If there is a price change on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you for confirmation before processing the order.

RETURNS:

We will do everything possible to ensure your experience ordering from CCR Medical is beyond your expectations. We understand there are times when you would like to return and/or exchange items that do not fit your requirements.

Please inspect our order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage caused by shipping, please notify us immediately or no later than 3 days by calling 1-888-883-7331 or info@ccrmed.com.

  1. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from original date of shipment
  2. You must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before returning any item. Please email your request to info@ccrmed.com, explain the problem in detail and we will email you a RGA # within 3 business days.
  3. All returns must be received in its original, undamaged packaging and re-saleable condition.
  4. No returns on special orders.
  5. If you received the wrong items or if you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship out a replacement and have the damaged or defective item picked up and we will pay the shipping costs. Alternatively you may request for an expedited delivery of the replacement product by paying for the cost of the item(s) plus shipping charges up front, and receive a credit for the cost of the item(s) after the returns are received and inspected by CCR Medical.
  6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  7. For your protection, when returning an item, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
  8. Packages that are refused on delivery will be charged the 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.

CREDITS:

Credits are issued within 7-10 business days after the receipt of the returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY & CLAIMS :

Please note CCR Medical is a manufacturer/reseller of product from many different manufacturers who are the BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. All products come with original manufacturer's warranty.

Any defects in workmanship, receipt of damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to CCR Medical within 3 business days of receipt of the individual items.
